Hellesveor is in a perfect location for combining a seaside and countryside holiday in Cornwall. The site is just 1 mile from St Ives town centre which you can access via the South West coastal path or the main road. There is also a local bus company who are happy to pick up our guests from the end of our lane so please ask for a timetable when you arrive.

With parking spaces for 2 cars, you can park up for the duration of your holiday and take the bus or walk into St Ives.

  • £100 deposit required to secure bookings (balance six weeks prior to arrival)
  • Payment by BACS or debit card (sorry, no credit cards)
  • Maximum of 4 people
  • 1 dog allowed – £4/night added – please bring a bed/cage and keep them downstairs/off the furniture
  • Weekly bookings only during peak periods, please enquire about shorter breaks
  • Please vacate property by 10am on day of departure
  • Arrivals after 5pm this year please (due to Covid-19 regulations)

Holiday Property Details

Sunset Cottage sleeps 4 people – it is a detached property set in the Cornish countryside, but only a 20 minute walk down to St Ives town centre. With parking spaces for 2 cars, you can park up for the duration of your holiday and take the bus or walk into St Ives, or use it as a base for exploring West Cornwall.

There is a lane leading directly to the South West Coast Path, allowing stunning coastal walks either into St Ives or towards Zennor. A perfect location for combining a countryside and seaside holiday.

The cottage boasts lovely front and back gardens, each with a picnic bench so you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun.

Andrew and Mel have refurbished the cottage to a high standard and live in the adjacent farmhouse so take pride in maintaining the property and it’s surroundings.

One bedroom has a super kingsize bed and the other can either be two singles or a super kingsize. Downstairs consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with a log burner and underfloor heating.
